Why did I want to watch this? Collaboration and decisions in a company ca be difficult, especially in large companies where politics play a good part of decision making.
What did I get out of it? Having another angle on how to tackle subjects with your manager is good: being more open to share and to give is, according to the speaker, a better way for people to accept your suggestions.
